Talks over political dispute still underway secretly: Cambodian PM

Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen said Monday that negotiations between his ruling party and the opposition party over political dispute have been conducted secretly. “The opposition has announced to suspend talks with the Cambodian People’s Party (CPP), but in fact, the talks are still underway secretly,” he said during a graduation ceremony of students at the Vanda Faculty of Accounting. “Now, the two sides have agreed on all points, except one, in the draft agreement.” …
